Here are some pictures of the Diamond Select Toys Viper Mark II Statue.
This model comes pre-painted and pre-assembled. It is of a Limited Edition of 2003 and comes with a certificate of authenticity, there are also edition details printed under the base.

However, I designed and built-in a fibre-optic lighting system. Here are pictures from the tv-series showing the boats external lighting:

I used high power LEDs and a circuit board consisting of a Timer IC and a Power Management IC, along with some discrete components; Batteries were housed in the front section of the model.
This model measures approx 3” long by 2” wide, it appears to be made from solid steel and is therefore quite heavy; the model is very uniquely styled.
The model was given away at the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) in 2005, from the Sc-fi Channel stand in return for a subscription to their magazine. People queued for hours to pick up one of these and I have been reliably informed that each design, Galactica, Viper, Raider is of a limited Edition of 500.
